Racial Bias: Why USA wouldn't act against a Chinese Student?

By now, we all know that Krittika Biswas, the daughter of the vice counsel at the Indian Consulate in Manhattan, Mr. Debashish Biswas, was arrested on a false complaint of her Math. Teacher, without any proof or grounds and been detained, by the NYPD for over 24 hours, without even informing her parents and also been ill-treated in prison with open abuse and disallowing her to use the bathroom for a long-time when she was in their custody at the 107 th. precinct, NYPD.
She was even suspended by the school, for a crime that she hasn't done, at all, and been re-instated once, they found out that some other Chinese kid had, actually, done the said crime of sending hate mails to their Math Teacher. By which time the Krittika had already undergone a harrowing experience with the NYPD.
Not withstanding the ongoing verbal duel between India and US on her diplomatic immunity, either way, she had been wronged on all counts.
Now that they found that a Chinese boy had done the above crime, the school coolly chose not to prefer a police complaint, as the Principal of the School pushed for the arrest of this innocent Indian girl.
What do you think is that compelling reason for Americans not to open a row with China, by prosecuting this Chinese boy?
The answer lies in the Americas @ 14. 30 trillion dollar debt (http://prmadhura3.blogspot.com/2011/05/us-hits-143-trillion-debt-ceiling.html), much of which is funded by the Chinese through the negative balance-of- trade between US and China.
Chinese know the Achilles Heal of US and hence US cannot afford to affront China. Therefore this racial bias continues, for as long as India doesn't start paying the US in its own coin, which China would do.
Like they pat-out our diplomats and celebrities in their Airports, we too should start doing the same. Like their Officials jump, with alacrity, to book persons of Indian origins, our Officials too should jump, with the same agility, in booking persons of US origin. This is the only way the American Racists would learn to behave with our own.

The US government has joined issue with an Indian diplomat's daughter who is suing New York city for a whopping $1.5 million for false arrest, saying family members don't enjoy diplomatic immunity.
Krittika Biswas, an 18-year-old student of John Bowne High School and daughter of Debashish Biswas, vice consul (administration) at the Indian Consulate General in New York, filed a notice of claim May 6.
She said her claims of diplomatic immunity were ignored when she was handcuffed and locked up for more than 24 hours Feb 8 after a shoddy probe by administrators into alleged obscene emails sent to two teachers in her school.
It may be so, but detention of a School going kid, without notifying the parents, for over 24 hours, hand-cuffing, denying to allow to go to toilet and all smack of racial prejudice - both on the part of the School as well as the NYPD.
Another million dollar question is, why that Chinese kid whom they found to be the culprit of sending out hate-mail to the teacher not been disciplined?

NEW YORK: An Indian diplomat's daughter is suing New York City's government for $1.5 million for what she claims was a wrongful arrest on the suspicion of sending obscene emails to her teacher in Queens' John Browne High School.
Krittika Biswas, daughter of the vice counsel at the Indian Consulate in Manhattan, Debashish Biswas, also claims that she was ill-treated in prison.
Biswas alleged that she was not allowed to use the bathroom for a long-time when she was in custody at the 107th precinct. "Eventually, I had to go in front of everyone," Biswas said, referring to a small toilet that was in the cell occupied by other persons.
Now that it is proved that she was mistakenly arrested and ill-treated, she is entitled to justice.
