WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange’s lawyers are arguing for a second day against his extradition to Sweden where he is accused of rape and molestation.
Mr. Assange’s new legal team says that while the 40-year-old activist’s behaviour with two women he met in Sweden may have been unpleasant, the sex was consensual.
Defence attorney Ben Emmerson on Wednesday attacked the way in which the extradition request was made, arguing that public prosecutors aren’t allowed to issue European arrest warrants.
