Post-poll violence in Bengal after Trinamool ousts Left!

KOLKATA: Clashes were reported from different parts of the state ever since assembly poll results were announced on Friday in which the Trinamool Congress defeated the Left, and till Monday there were four deaths,

To take stock of the post poll violence in the state, governor M K Narayanan this afternoon held a meeting with Bengal's chief secretary Samar Ghosh and other top bureaucrats . The governor had earlier expressed his concern over the law and order situation in the state and asked people to maintain peace.

Earlier on Monday, CPM leaders led by Surjya Kanta Mishra met the governor and complained about the violence. 



With Elections Over, it is time to return to normalcy!
