MANGALORE CRASH COMPENSATION CASE: Air India moves HC!

New Delhi: The cash-strapped Air India (AI) does not want to pay compensation of Rs 75 lakh to victims of the 2010 Mangalore Air India crash. Air India on Friday appealed against the High Court order despite earlier assurances that there will be no delay in paying compensation.

Air India filed an appeal in the division bench of the Kerala High Court after a single bench of the same court ordered that victims of the crash should be compensated Rs 75 lakh each.
