If you thought travelling to foreign shores was every couple’s perfect idea of a honeymoon, then you should meet the ones that prefer to explore incredible India instead.
Coorg and a few picturesque hill stations in Kerala are where creative head Hari Prasad and his wife headed to for their honeymoon. It worked out great for the twosome, who had limited time as they had to get back to work as soon as possible. “There are so many places to discover in India. We decided to explore Karnataka and places nearby.” Being lovers of hilly places, they soaked in the holiday spirit with zest. “We went to places like Wayanad, Munnar and Thekkady. We trekked and visited wildlife sanctuaries. But the best part was when we sat and stared at the hills and greenery —lazing around was awesome! We spent around Rs 22,000 for the holiday,” he says.
