  • THE alleged mastermind of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, is a step closer to trial in a US military tribunal after a new round of charges was filed against him.

  • Prosecutors filed charges yesterday of murder, terrorism and hijacking against Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and four others for their role in plotting the attacks that killed almost 3000 people.
