Supreme Court just ruled that the disqualification of 11 BJP and 5 Independent MLAs of Karnataka Assembly in October, 2010 and with the restoration of these illegally disqualified MLAs from voting, in a 'no-confidence motion' introduced by them.
Now, with the opposition's demand for dismissal, even if BJP Chief Minister, Mr. B.S. Yediyurappa claim that he still enjoys the majority is a myth.
If he has not, in collusion with his friend, the speaker of the House, Mr. K.G. Bopaiah, have not disqualified the above MLAs, he would have lost the confidence of the House during October last itself.
