Did Pakistan know of American Attack on the Safe House of Osama Bin Laden?

Lets for, once, believe that though the safe house was built six years ago in the Army Cantonment Area at Abbottabad and that Laden had been living with his two families and a big entourage – all without the knowledge of the Pakistani Government, Military or ISI.

But could three military helicopters carrying nearly 80 US Navy Seals’ Personnel would have reached that safe house, had a fire-fight of 40 minutes with the Laden’s party, killed him and some others and carried his body out of Pakistan – which hectic activity must have consumed at least   a minimum of One to one-and-half Hour of noisy operations (right from taking off to landing in their Afghanistan military base),   with all the choppers hovering low on the Army Garrison at Abbottabad, all that with the Pakistani Military Garrison Security sleeping, with no night watch?

Impossible, says General Shankar Roychowdhury (Ex-Chief of Staff of India) in his take on the news, in Deccan Chronicle.

My conjecture is that American Authorities must have notified of their intention of attacking an undisclosed high-value target at Abbottabad, just before a few minutes of their entry into Pakistani air, with a strict warning that they would go all out if their three choppers and the 79 Commandos were harmed.
What else could explain with the Pakistani Military Garrison town housing the Frontier Force Regiment of the Pakistani Army, just 800 yards away from the safe house and not at all raising the alarm of the hovering of three choppers over their buildings, indulging in loud gunfire and leavening making a noisy exit?
