Karachi:  A Pakistani court has sentenced to death a paramilitary soldier who shot dead an unarmed young man in the southern city of Karachi - an incident that was caught on videotape.

The court announced on Friday that six other men also accused in the June killing of Sarfraz Shah have been sentenced to life in prison.

01) Pakistani Court has delivered this judgment in Two Months of taking place of that Day Light Murder, which is an appreciable effort both by the Administration and Legal System!

02) Hope this degenerate's appeals to the higher Courts will not be entertained, to reverse this Judgement!!

RED FORT ATTACK: Supreme Court upholds Mohammad Arif's death sentence!

New Delhi:  Announcing its verdict in the Red Fort attack case, the Supreme Court today upheld the death sentence of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) militant Mohammad Arif.  

Arif, a Pakistani national, had moved Supreme Court after the Delhi High Court, in September 2007, confirmed the death sentence given to him by a trial court.

Supreme Court Declares, "Honour Killings are the rarest of rare cases"!

There has never been anything to 'honour' in the so-called 'honour killings'.

While delivering its judgement confirming the lifer to one convict of such heinous a Bench of Justices Markandey katju and Gyan Sudha directed the Trial and High Courts to let the offenders know that the gallows await the offenders of all socalled 'honour killings'.
