01) PREVENTION:
A) Removal of Tinted Glasses of all the Vehicles, without exception.
B) Enhanced Vigilance by the Police in collaboration with local communities.
C) Rapid Action Forces to be activated in case of any Eve-Teasing, Harassment or any form of Assault on Women, as soon as anyone calls up the universal police control room number of 100.
2) CORRECTION:
a) All forms of Eve-teasing, Harassment or any form of Assault on Women to be made Non-Bailable Office.
b) Fast Track Courts to be established at every District Head Quarters of Each State and as many as required in all Urban Cities, depending on its population densities, while providing for charge-sheeting within 30 Days and the total trial to be completed within 75 Days and the Punishment to be pronounced within 90 Days from the date of filing each Charge-Sheet..
c) Quick Replacement of any Retirees in all Courts.
d) Punishment for Rape must be 50 to 100 Years of which atleast 50 Years to be Rigorous Imprisonment, without any Parole.
e) Finally, there won't be any Governor or Presidential Pardon during Republic Day or any other special day.

ReplyDelete01) Death Penalty is a very easy punishment to such degenerates.
02) Those creeps must be made to live a very long life of utter misery to make them realise the folly of their crime / sin.
03) Besides, death penalty in mind, the rapist/s might kill the victim to eliminate the prime witness in which case it would be very difficult to prove the case against him/them to convict.
