ORLANDO, Fla. - Casey Anthony is back in Florida, according to her attorney.
Jose Baez appeared on Geraldo Rivera's "Geraldo at Large" on Fox News Sunday night and said his client has returned to the Sunshine State.
"I can report with confidence that Casey Anthony has returned to Florida," Rivera said.
Baez said he feels a recent ruling requiring Anthony to serve one year of probation is unfair. He said his client served the probation, after a check fraud case, while she was in jail awaiting her murder trial.
Judge Belvin Perry ruled that serving probation in jail did not satisfy the order issued by Judge Stan Strickland.
