At least 33 people were killed and 35 injured when a train rammed into a bus at an unmanned crossing in Etah in Uttar Pradesh in the wee hours today.

The accident occurred at Kanshiramnagar at around 2 am today when the train was on its way from Mathura to Chapra in Bihar, railway sources said,

33 people were killed and 35 injured in the mishap.

It is sad that a marriage party had to face such a horrible loss!

All unmanned crossings are fraught with imminent Rail-Road Vehicle Collisions and until they all are replaced with fly-overs or undergrounds, this kind of Man-Made Accidents would continue!

Hope Ministry of Railways take up this matter, seriously and displace all unmanned rail-crossings with more safer ones.
