In a shocking incident, a woman delivered her baby outside a primary health centre after its staff allegedly refused to admit her in Hanumangarh district near here.
The newborn died soon after the delivery, a health official said today.
"Santosh (28) yesterday delivered a baby outside the primary health centre in Makkasar village after staff members on duty allegedly refused to admit her. The newborn died after the delivery," Dr Subhash, an official of the Chief Medical and Heath Office, Hanumangarh, said.
