Kolkata:  The Bill scrapping the previous Left Front government's deal with Tata Motors to return land to "unwilling" farmers in Singur will be challenged by the company in Calcutta High Court.

     
"We will move the high court tomorrow," Barrister S Pal, who is representing Tata Motors, told PTI here today.
