NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to corporate lobbyist Niira Radia on an application by the publisher of book, Close Encounters with Niira Radia, seeking the vacation of the stay on its release and circulation.

Justice V.K. Jain asked her to file a reply within four weeks. The court will take up the application filed by publisher Har-Anand Publications Pvt. Limited on July 14.

Besides seeking a ban on the book's release, Ms. Radia had sought Rs.1 crore as damages.
