Anti-Corruption Movement: Ramdev sticks to his ‘satyagraha’ plan!

Have you read my Novella, “Mayhem of the Miserables!” available @ http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/52075

New Delhi: Rejecting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s appeal to call of his proposed fast unto death against corruption, Yoga guru turned satyagrahi Baba Ramdev, Wednesday, said that he will go ahead with his hunger strike from June 4 at the famous Ramlila Maidan in the national capital.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had written to Ramdev "welcoming his constructive suggestions to improve governance" and promised him to find a "practical and pragmatic" solution to tackle the issue of corruption.

But Ramdev is not convinced. He wants specific laws that can tackle the menace of corruption and black money.

Since this is a 'Satyagraha' to force the, otherwise, dodgy government to bring back Lakhs of crores of sleaze money parked abroad, by the India's corrupt politicos, bureaucrats, corporates, businessmen, industrialists, celebrities, et al, civil society will support you.

Still most of us oppose your statement, after meeting Pranab Mukherjee, Yesterday, exempting the office of PM under the ambit of Lok Pal.
