Anti Corruption Movement: Don't push Lokpal 'too hard': Freedom fighters tell Hazare!

With the Anna Hazare-led civil society toughening its stand on the Lokpal Bill, a group of freedom fighters have said they will write to the Gandhian leader asking him not to 'push too hard' on the bill by threatening to go on another fast for enacting the legislation.
They also view 'businessman' Ramdev's self-coined 'Satyagraha' to bring back black money stashed abroad as an 'absurd' episode similar to a 'Bollywood movie' in which he wanted to create a show and not agitate against corruption.
The freedom fighters were among the first to sit on a hunger strike at Jantar Mantar demanding setting up of a strong Lokpal before the now-famous fast-unto-death protest by Hazare in April.
01)  I, 100%. concur with our Freedom Fighters' view on this.
02)  I've been contending, right from day one, that after having waited for over 40 years, we can as well wait for some more months, rather than rushing the half-baked and incomprehensive Lokpal bill in the coming monsoon session of Parliament.
03)  In fact, that is the strategy of the UPA managers to hurry it as if there is no Tomorrow and get away with the exemptions of high constitutional offices under the purview of it.
04)  Anna should stop listening the inflammatory voice of Arvind Kejriwal, though he too is committed but a bit hot-blooded for cool strategies.
05)  I, personally, believe that most opposition parties to UPA coalition too are against the very idea of an "Empowered Lokpal" and they will find ways and means to scuttle it in the Parliament.
06)  Without wider consultations and consensus no bill of this stature can be passed through the Parliament.
07)  Ofcourse, there will be smear-campaigns, mud-singings & agent provocateurs, but we have too move on without getting provoked or we we have served their purpose!
