NEW DELHI: Rajya Sabha member Kanimozhi, who is under judicial custody in the Tihar Central Jail in the 2G case, will approach the Delhi High Court for bail.

Addressing journalists outside the Patiala House Courts complex here on Saturday, senior advocate Shanmugasundaram, representing Ms. Kanimozhi, said she was confident of coming out clean in the case.

Mr. Shanmugasundaram conveniently forgets to mention that the CBI Court also recorded her capacity to manipulate the employees Kaliagnar TV, who are the crucial witness to her involvement in the sleaze money transactions.
