Lok Pal Draft Committee must be by people who have never aspired Political Power!

As I was growing up, I heard of the introduction Lok Pal Bill in Parliament, several times, only to be rejected again and again.

As per http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lokpal#History Lokpal bills were introduced in 1971, 1977, 1985, 1989, 1996, 1998, 2001, 2005 and in 2008, yet they were never passed and its pending.

In Seventies when it was introduced by the Government of Indira Gandhi or some one (I don't remember whose Government), but I clearly remember that it excluded the President, the Vice-President, The Speaker of Lok Sabha  and the Prime Minister.

We cannot allow any exemptions if we are to hope true justice through Lok Pal Act.

After having waited for over 40 years, we can as well wait a bit long rather than having a bill with loop-holes.

Anna Hazare and such others who never have aspired political power must be made part of the draft committee of the bill if we are to expect a true value our of this bill.

I don't see why the honourable Prime Minister should have any objection to it.
